Terrible customer service, the lady at the front had an attitude and couldn’t even program the key fob when the day before the man that answered the phone claimed they could. She was on the phone already acting like she didn’t want to service me talking bad about then key fobs that I brought in. I am happy I didn’t have to give them my money and I will never go back there for service or recommend them to anyone for service. Terrible experience! Didn’t want to give them one star.

The receptionist was nice.other than that my experience was terrible.i needed a chiped key no problem but when I stated I only wanted to buy a cut key and program it myself to avoid the expense of them making a house call twenty miles away. I called twice more and never heard back from them.
