They were so prompt and immediately came out to replace my lost key! I really appreciated their super fast response time and the fact that they were always easy to reach. Yes, we can do a fresh install to add a deadbolt to your door. This normally requires cutting through the door, fitting the deadbolt, and installing the new hardware.
