The customer service at Route 66 is amazing. Vanessa and Martin went above and beyond to help make sure I was comfortable with the unit and how everything work. Also, I checked the pricing at just about every other storage facility and with the Route 66 discount, the pricing came in under the other quotes. I highly recommend this Route 66.

I have a job that requires shipments to my storage unit and I am so happy to be at a facility now that happily receives shipments and will notify me upon delivery. When I was at Public Storsge prior, they only partially honored the shipments but had rejected one which impacted my business greatly. My unit also got broken into one year, one of over 100 break-ins within a year. When I transferred over to Route 66, I was welcomed by Martin who showed incredible customer service and was very friendly, he assured me that my shipments would be taken care of and stored safely. He gave instructions clearly and made my transfer to Route 66 easy. Since I visit my storage unit often, I'm glad I can look forward to a friendly welcome from Martin. I feel A LOT safer storing my work items at Route 66 since they have a top-notch security protocol. Coupled with the friendly and competent service, this place is fantastic.

Fabulous customer service! Martin and Vanessa were both very helpful throughout the rental process. Martin was very thorough when answering my questions. The facility is very clean and I have no doubt my personal belongings will be safe while being stored there. I shopped several facilities and their prices are in line with what they offer. If you are looking for storage I highly recommend storing with Route 66 Self Storage.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
