I was really in a hard place when arriving at this Uhaul with a motorcycle with a flat tire and being far from home. Korrey was so great. He took me in, heard my story, and helped find a solution - I rented a cube van with a ramp and got my cycle tied to the rails inside, so I could drive home and turn the truck in there. But overall, it was the positive experience in a difficult time that made me write this review. Thanks Korrey!

Great customer service! Cory was very respectful and explained everything and answered my questions in detail . Just switched over to this facility way better, cleaner and cheaper..

I just finally moved out of my unit after a very hard 2020 and 2021. The past two years have been the most difficult times of my life. I needed to store an entire household and it was imposible to find a unit large enough. I found that at Desert Storage and for a very reasonable price, compared to other facilities. Initially, I was given a tiny unit at a ridiculous rate, by another rep., but Pete the manager helped to turn that catastrophe, into a pleasant day by giving me the largest unit on site. The facility is very high tech and provides much better accommodations than the others, such as a restroom for their customers.
