I love this place... Darlene and her Daughter are so nice... 3 doggies getting their nails did and we were in and out of there in no time .. and our doggies seemed very calm with them... A Big Plus!!!

I made an appointment a few days out. When the day of the appointment arrived, I was told they had accidentally given me the wrong date which was for the following week. They managed to take my pet that same day telling me it would be about 4 to 5 hours. I was okay with that. 6 hours later I still had not heard back? I drove over there and walked in to get an update. All that was done was a bath and there were still two or 3 other pets before my mine. Well, now it's 7 pm, I wasn't going to leave my pet there till 11 pm and I dropped off my pet at 1 pm, I was told I can take my pet and return the following day at 1 pm and they would finish my pet's haircut then, which they did. My only issue was that I wasn't contacted and advised of the delay. I realize things happen that are sometimes out of your control, but customer service is key. They did a great job I was happy but keeping a pet for over 5 to 6 hours or longer and not being updated isn't workable for me.

We are on a year long trip and needed to get our Havanese groomed. We read the reviews and decided to give Claws N Paws a try. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and fit us in a couple of days later. We brought Java in and there were a lot of dogs - it was nice to see them socialize and not being stuck in a kennel. We didn’t realize that they like to have the dogs for 4-5 hours and we were in a bit of a time crunch. Darlene understood and was able to accommodate 🙏 We picked up Java a few hours later and the gut was exactly what we had asked for! Watching from the outside they were very good with the dogs. (It was nice that you could see them grooming instead of being tucked in a back room! We will be back again if we are in the area! Just be for warned they only accept cash or transfer through Zelle (I think I got that right). PD she smelled great too!
