I have never received aSCORECARD from a service provider with a40 point checklist! I received s text with green, yellow and red issues. That created a friendly discussion where we agreed some things needed could wait but I left there COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Great experience with fair pricing! First time there and WE will return! They earned my business forever! Junior was great, Matt was great, Wes was great ! That can only happen when the culture is about taking care of the customer! Thanks to all!

I had a great experience. This place will definitely get my return business. They got my motorhome smog checked and on the road in 6 hours. I had another place try to rip me off for hundreds in repairs that were unnecessary and I knew it. Great place and great service and very professional shuttle service. Thank you West Escondido Automotive Repair.

I came in for front strut repair. I can't speak highly enough of Matt and the team. They picked me up and dropped me off from home to work. Were kind and explanatory. I vetted a number of places first, but when it came to warranty and professionalism, this place won.

Called to get a quote on a part for repair and they told me to check with the dealer as this part's warranty had been extended. This was an honest and kind act that should be recognized, and when I have car issues in the future I'll be going here first. Thank you for being honest!

My car, 2003 BMW 325i - 104,000 mi. just had a "service engine soon" light come on followed by a feeling that sudden engine studder like a spark plug or igniter go bad. How long to fix?

If I make an appointment, most repairs are done same day. I had a serious repair take two days. They will charge a fee to diagnose and apply fee to repair. You can make an appointment online anytime. You can call and get further details.

I have a 2011 ford fusion with a bad transmission leak. I believe its coming from axel to transmission location. One transmission mechanic said earrings in transmission bad and need a transmission rebuild. Is this true. Also said 3500 to rebuild

We are happy to inspect the vehicle and make a determination for you, External Leaks normally do not require a transmission rebuild. Please reach out to Matt or Tim @ 760-741-0071 they will assist you from there.

I did I argued with Brian the owner, also other issues...and I got charged for a "diagnostic" as well as labotr to take apart and put together a shifter( which is what I thought they did in the diagnostic) plus they held my car and did nothing for 2.5 days, they found a matching part but couldnt wait another week, so they charged me double to do nothing but diagnose...wouldn't budge in price and dictated how I was allowed to pay...I will be refuting the charge ...never there again

I have a 2004 GMC 2500hd Sierra 6.0 I tow a 5th wheel and the transmission get hot. I heard these models do that. Is there anything I can do. To build a solid transmission and or swap to a diesel. I don’t want to buy a new vehicle.

This vehicle does not regularly have a transmission over heat problem, if you are taxing the transmission with heavy tow loads regularly we can install an additional transmission cooler to assist in keeping the transmission cooler. Best option is to get the vehicle in and have our transmission master technician check the vehicle, we do this initial inspection at no charge.
