The ice cream was great, first time ever as I am visiting from Florida. Though I must say the service was not welcoming the lady had an attitude when telling her what I wanted and was disrespectful to the other 2 workers in the kitchen, she even had an attitude with another client who asked if the bread can be toasted on the grill.

Went through drive thru. Got three different orders. All were in the bag, fresh and hot. Fries were very good, hamburger had all that I asked for. Drinks ( cherry limeade) were perfect. Thank you Braum’s,

The last time I ordered and paid for large floats, I got regular size. This time I got a large cup all right, but it was only 60% full. This is the last time I’ll do business with this store. Service is an important component of any business. Call me done

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Especially during a health crisis. Very concerning for children and immuno-compromised individuals. Biohazards everywhere, including the stall walls.
