I asked for two plain fish sandwiches with tarter sauce on the side and they charged me $1.00 extra for the tarter sauce I should have got in the first place.i was mad but the girl at the window was clueless. Wish the help had half a brain

Tell me why, as i am posting this that my child JUST walked out with our food that was ordered at 1217 am?!?! 30 stinking minutes for "fast food". And when i complaned they went back and ranted to eachother instead of just trying to work faster... And the cheeseburger ks wrong..... The ticket even said to add sliver omions, yet i still only got those nasty dehydrated ones.... Wish there was a 0 star rating. This time, we ordered the bundle up deal which is two cheeseburgers 20 chicken nuggets and two fries. We ordered no onions on one of the cheeseburgers we got our order and there was no cheese on our cheeseburgers so that's kind of crazy it was even wrapped in the cheeseburger paper and only one of them had no onions which was great but there was no cheese on my cheeseburger what the heck

We were driving through Pratt and stopped for Dinner. I was impressed at how clean both the dining room and the restrooms were. Coming from Arizona I was also impressed that the restrooms were not locked and nobody hassled me about using it before I ordered my food. The food was ready very quickly and it was very fresh. It was one of the best Big Macs I remember having in recent years. The staff was friendly.

Okay totally honesty, probably not a great overall review but we only ordered shamrock shakes. I look forward to them every March and the McDonald's in my town has had a broken ice cream machine all month!!!! I was thrilled and several states Away to finally get one. So yes, 5 stars for my shamrock shakes☘😁
