Went to buy a bottle of pop and a water. Sign said 2 for 3.75 went to checkout LES said 5 and change I referred to the sign and he said it had to be pop. I threw down my money and he gave it back and said we were done. Extremely rude service.

So I went there on a Saturday to gets some cleaning stuff and other odds and ends and the floor is shut down and not to be walked on. ON A SATURDAY. We'll I will be going to there stores from now on. And note there where not even cleaning floor until after close????

Went to the autozone the 21st of March, brought back an O2 sensor to exchange under warranty. Ended up getting a new one but it was the wrong one so exchanged that for the correct one. I was under the impression that I’d be getting a refund for the first one but the money was never deposited into my account. I go back today to figure out the refund deal, and the manager I believe explained to me that only the difference was paid for the second sensor and that we did not have to pay full price. Looked at the bank account that was used and everything lined up. Even with me being a complete airhead he was extremely professional and helpful and did not make me feel stupid at all. In the end everything lined up and I left with a sense of relief. Shoutout to him for keeping a level head with me and being a great employee! I will always go to this autozone for my at home car project needs.

So I’m giving this place a five star review. Not because of the waiting times in line (20 mins) or the phone holding times (20 mins before I arrived). I’m giving the five star review to MIKE B. This gentleman is very patient and very knowledgeable. This Autozone establishment is the only auto parts store open in a 20 or 30 mile radius after 8 o’clock. All of the other auto parts stores are closed making the store a customer nightmare for wait times. I spoke with Mike about some concerns I had with vehicles and he treated me like He had all the time in the world to focus on my needs. I actually felt bad that I didn’t have the proper knowledge for so many things that was taking a unnecessary time. Mike understood and helped the best he could. This guy deserves a raise and to run the management of the store. I can feel peoples vibrations. This man, he is the right employee for this place.
