If I can give 0 stars I would these guys are not to be trusted when they order you something and tell you to it’ll be delivered 2-3 days. I waited 2-3 days for my part and they then I called back on to check up they haven’t even placed the order when Iv already paid for it. I called back to check up they they said your order is canceled and hung up on me twice. What horrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I am writing this review for the sake of solidarity to its owner Mr KOSISKI. I have met the guy and he seems very business oriented. There are three parts companies in Omaha - LKQ, United and this one. United and LKQ are way better in customer service - they answer the phone (no excuses with EXTREMELY high volume calls), they don’t charge additional fees on card payment transactions, they don’t eat nor chew at their counter desks, and they greet you with smile. They do work with you on their prices. Something to think about if you want to run your business better in this competitive market. I am sure as a member of the Dealer Board you know how to have a meeting with your own employees and address the issues.

I bought a 2019 front clip but it came with a badly damaged grille. I have emailed Kosski but have not received any response. my damage is $350. Very bad service there!!! *******now there is talk about refund but when I contact them they are refused any cooperation!!!

90 day return. If it was a special order part you would have to pay round trip shipping cost. If the item was in stock 25% restocking fee.

Yes that is possible. Did you see the listing on Ebay. It depends on the size of the part if it can be shipped.
