Horrible customer service! They never care to help the customers that actually need assistance. one of them was a lady called Blanca her attitude was the worst when i just asked her a simple question. Not going back to that one again

Valery, Mateo, JC, Blanca. 4 of the lost useless employees to ever have been hired by party city. I've had alot of bad experiences in places. But this is by far the worst. Everyone on their phones. No customer service. Employees refuse to open registers. Chewing gum and rolling eyes at customers. This is going all over social media. The worst. I'll be going back to get pictures of the employees as well
