We have always loved Pizza Hut but when we got our order today it was delivered and the pizza's was both burnt. Tried calling to talk to them about it and the Person said they seen it and there was nothing wrong and then they just hung up on us. For sure Not Happy!!

Literally got my order wrong I ordered two alfredo pastas with cheese sticks and got a large pineapple and ham pizza

Make sure the pizza slices are cut to the same shape instead of rushing to fulfill times, Evenly distribute toppings so they are available on every slice not tons of sausage on one side and barely any on the other or whatever. Bring back crushed red pepper packets no one wants to pay almost $2 for little shakers when they can buy double the size for the same price.

Just moved to Nevada, MO., but I think this is the best Pizza Hut I've been to. Nice folks, fast service and pizzas the way the company really wants them to taste. If you haven't been in awhile, give them a try.
