The people who work here are inconsiderate and don’t care about tenants. They don’t care about the residents nor treat them with respect. Do not suggest living here for anyone.

Small clean smelled like a nursing home I deal for 1 person. Although the lady that takes aplications dont pay attention to her job. Aproved my mom got her utilities switched deposits paid went back and the lady said that she didnt have a copy of my moms income. Mom replied I gave it to you lady looks a min and says oh yes here it is. Says U have 1 dog mom says no I have 2 I put it on my application lady looks at AP and says oh yes you did put 2 dogs but I didnt and she stopped I said u didnt what didnt pay attention to your job.needles to say mom didnt get the place. Wasted all her time energy and money for someone to not pay attention to their job. Nice job Mrs. Cohen in Nevada mo. Housing authority. Or however you spell your name. Thanks for being wasteful....
