I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the Sears store in Nevada Mo! We bought a 1,600.00 Refrigerator within 2 1/2 months it broke down! It took another month to get a repair guy! He had to order parts and after that it took 3 months to get another Refrigerator because they discontinued that Refrigerator! The manager of this store in Nevada MO will not back up his products! I would think twice before you go to Sears in Nevada, MO!!

I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to do business. After being a repeat costumer and having bought all my appliances here in my time of need sears wouldn't sell me a floor model refrigerator so i could save the food at home. I will never make another purchase at this store.

Took my mom who wanted to lease a washer and dryer, flyer said no credit check but they wanted her to fill out paperwork for a credit check and the payments would have been rediculous. Kinda screwed up advertising. AND the guy told us there was some kind of dispute w a supplier and even if she would have put a down payment there was no garrentee that she would ever receive it and would be out the money. No thanks we went eleswhere.

Fantastic customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and let's you know if there is going to be a sale on a item you might be interested in. Their delivery service schedules your delivery and gets your purchase installed in no time and cleans up any mess that might be made. They go above and beyond any other store I've been to and purchased from.
