Luis worked with me my 2022 Elantra purchase. Not only was he patient with me staying until almost 11 PM to make sure all paperwork was taken care of, he delivered my vehicle (hour round trip), he also got me the BEST deal for my financial position. The craziest thing he told me I’d get a discount on my car insurance by purchasing the vehicle, I thought maybe that was just part of the sale - NOPE. As a matter of fact esurance SENT ME 10% of what I paid for my 6 month car insurance plan. In past I worked with Jose who’s now a manager (congrats) and the experience was very similar - friendly, honest and most of all found something that fit my budget. All in all this place is doing great things for their customers!

First off I love my car, a 2022 Hyundai Kona, and Jaime the man who sold my car did a great job. BUT, this past weekend I was making my first real road trip, driving to Charleston South Carolina when just past cocoa Florida on I 95 north I lost all acceleration. I was able to get to the shoulder. I immediately called my road side service, now it’s a Saturday night 7:00, I waited an hr before I called them back. The guy said the only person he could find wanted to charge me $450 bucks. I feel that Hyundai needs to have a list of tow services willing to tow at a more reasonable price, if we are only covered for $175. Needless to say I finally got off the highway a few hours later through a local tow service for $265. I towed it to the Hyundai dealership in cocoa Florida. Morgan has been assigned to my car and she is doing a great job keeping me updated.she said she would send my tow receipt along with my rental car receipt when I get up to cocoa when my car is ready so I can be reimbursed. Now last but not least, I called Rick case to tell them what happened to my new car that I had 3 months. No I’m sorry that happened, they didn’t to offer to help me get a rental, they basically said there’s nothing we can do to help you. I’m very disappointed in their response. I can understand if I had the car 2-3 years but 3 MONTHS!!! I would be trying to help the customer as much as possible.

Pros: I will say all the positive things that happened in my experience of shopping my new Car. Jessica is a great sales person and no gimmicks. She was straight and gave all options open & honest . When I went in person handed over to Donald where , he took care of me from start to finish - he is a amazing gentleman and down to earth person who tries to give you maximum attention , but it may not seem though as he is always running around to do some work for You :) Tracy is a great accountant who helped with Finance. Special thanks to Donald and Jessica who was very responsive , attentive and stayed on top of all the issues that we went through in our Car Buying experience. Cons : Now coming to what could have been better because of which I felt 4.5 star - Before delivering the car , a microscopic recon of end to end check and clean inspection would have caught the transportation dents caused in my Car. Instead I felt like the delivery was rushed to keep moving the car and close the books. I had to drive 70 miles once again for the Repairs :( ( may be they had a busy or bad day ) However like I said above , that negative feeling turned very positive as Rick case team took care of it and tried their best to accommodate me and make me feel at ease. Thank you once again Jessica, Donald, Tracey . I will recommend my Friends and Colleagues to Rick Case Hyundai , Davie FL. I will add an update to 5 star after visiting the Service Department in future. - Arun

I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata that I took here at the request of Hyundai corporate. My 2016 Sonata has paint that is peeling. Corporate said to take it to any Hyundai dealership to have a paint inspection. The dealership only needs to take some photos of the paint peeling and submit it to corporate. Rick Case Hyundai refused to take the photos and submit them to corporate for me when I got there, even though over the phone they said they would. The service manager, Cory Wells, was extremely rude and refused to do this when I got there. He said since we do not do our regular oil changes there he would not help us. We told him that corporate told us that any Hyundai dealership will help us out. This is totally not true at Rick Case. We are reaching back out to corporate to report this dealership and its management. I urge you to be careful about buying your car or bringing it into service here. They are extremely rude and will not help you out. The crazy thing is during all this one of the salesman was trying to sell us a new car, even after refusing to help us with our current car. Please be cautious when dealing with Rick Case. Go to any other Hyundai dealership.

They're definitely willing to check it out for you. Sounds like you have a slow leak.
They average out the mileage based on the date you brought it in for service and the number of miles on it at that time.i believe as long as your vehicle is being used and the oil is not sitting in an unused vehicle, go by the mileage.
There were very cautious. The car was cleaned with a large spray device before and after they worked with it. Next week, my wife car's will be there. Great service.
I think it will be easier if you go to a gas Station.

Not sure. You will have to check that maintenance booklet that was given to you for suggested fixes or inspections. It doesn't give you the prices; however, you can see how many things probably will need to be changed. A few simple fixes will probably be 200- 300 dollars.

Hi I cannot answer that question I just bought a car for my son I went to Off Lease and I went to Rick Case Hyundai I end up buying from Hyundai I think their prices are very good their warranties are very good I think they will give you whatever is that your car worth now a little bit on there because they have to make money while you can check the Kelly book and you know that's going to be the ballpark the only thing I do not like about a fleece is that they lie about how much money they going to give you for your car and if you go with Rick Case there more true to the price however their finest apartment is full of lunatics so as long as you know what you're doing make sure when you leave the place you got the best deal if you're going to finance a car and if you're buying cash then you won't have any problems thank you I hope this helps
