I NEVER write and less to criticize companies but what happened in my experience can NOT be overlooked, the shipment was supposed to arrive in 1 month and arrived in 2, I understand that we can all have problems dealing mainly with the situation in Venezuela, but My criticism goes to the fact that they are NOT even proactive and inform you and clarify if there is a problem and they only give you vague answers and send you to call in 1 WEEK again! When the merchandise finally arrives, it turns out that they put the SOAP AND SHAMPOO NEXT TO THE FLOUR BREAD, as of course, as can happen during the transport process, a shampoo broke and ALL the flours absorbed the flavor of the shampoo, all were lost, my family had q throw them away and knowing how the situation is in the country who needs to THROW OUT FOOD, now after so much effort and money spending to be able to help mine it turns out that half of the shipment was lost in the garbage, WHO DOES IT HAPPEN TO PUT FOOD AND SOAP IN THE SAME BOX, improve those DETAILS as a company if you want to continue, with me they lost a client!
