Good place to ship goods, fast and effective

On October 18th, 2021 I personally visited and inquired about shipping schedule to Belize. This was approximately 10:17 am. I asked for the manager and he spoke with me and after checking his computer, told me that a flight was leaving the night of October 18th, 2021 and that if I had my packages there by 3:00 pm, it would go on that night flight and be in Belize for Tuesday, October 19. Sounded fantastic! He was very nice and instructed the warehouse worker to give me what I needed…boxes, bubble wrap, whatever I needed. I delivered 25 lights on my first trip, which were re-packaged I to a bigger box. I then returned at 11:48 am with more boxes for a total of 8 boxes of various sizes ans weight. It was 1:42 pm by the time all the boxes were wrapped and labeled and my dock receipt printed. An email was sent to our office for a validation check due to the weight of the boxes. We already knew the freight would be much. We had weighed that cost against the urgency of the items. We verified that they should proceed. We have done business often with ezone. I flew back to Belize on Oct 19th, same day my shipment was to be in Belize. Upon arriving in country and calling to find out if we could proceed to get the goods cleared, we were told that the shipment never even left Miami, that there was a note next to the shipment that said ‘exception’ …..why? Why would ezone after checking and receiving authorization to ship? Not ship? Our dock receipt is stamped 1:42 pm, way ahead of their cutoff time. I was there physically and no one asked me about verifying weight concern. At this point, I am without most urgent materials, and their next flight is next Tuesday. So I would be just as good to have shipped by ocean freight. It’s unbelievable, it’s disappointing, frustrating and their service has come up way short. We demand better and a resolution.

Please be vigilant when using this shipping company, I sent a package through them but the dimensions and weight were adjusted to add more weight!!!! When I called to enquire why the weight was such a big difference, the CSR then adjusted the weight to the correct measurements! The only helpful person was the CSR, the manager was very unprofessional stating that my package being weighted incorrectly was done by someone 'new on the job', clearly there is no fact checking at this facility. When I explained this is unacceptable because it would then cost more to clear, she then snickered and giggled at my comment saying it is an honest mistake. I hope everyone facts checks for their HONEST MISTAKES.

Last arrivals for a mid day flight on Fridays is 2.00 pm Thursday! This is supposed to be an express service I have live plant material coming which is why I am prepared to pay a lot of money shipping by air. So, in case my delivery arrives just after 2.00pm on Thursday I call to let them know. Their switchboard won't recognize their own instructions. Eventually by ignoring instructions I get through to an extension No answer, just voice mail. I leave a message asking for urgent assistance. No response. Next day repeat all the above and the following day repeat all the above.
