so far not very impressed with the office. After four phone calls It took over a month just to get the information to the office. I would not call the woman that answers the phone friendly, more like I am putting her out to help me. Maybe it's me, however, I don't think so after four phone calls. I have talked with two other stone makers and they were great, very friendly and helpful. Now that I have wasted a month to get them the information I have doubts I will have my stone in time for the funeral, and there's no excuse for that.
