First time I’ve gone to get a haircut in about 7 years! Mitchell did an amazing job!!! He cut about 17” off that I plan on donating and gave me a super cute cut! Him and his staff were so friendly and made me feel at home! I will definitely be going back!

After 25 years, moving back to the area and reconnecting with Mitchell, I am just as pleased as I was back then! Mitchell is such a loving, kind hearted person, with a deep passion about his services. He took his time with me and is helping me get my hair healthy again, after some unfortunate events. He has a true heart for his clients and their satisfaction. Not to mention, his knowledge, truth and honesty. And now to meet Juan, he is so sweet and helpful in many ways! He was fabulous with explaining the skincare and hair products, and did and excellent job on my first ever brow tint! Love it! They work wonderfully as a team! I’m happy to have reconnected with Salon 401 and look forward to many more pampering visits.
