Very unprofessional management. Rude and disrespectful. Find a better camp ground if you value your stuff not getting damaged or stolen.

Unprofessional, not a place to confidently leave your camp site to enjoy the park. They'll give your reserved site to other (walk-in) park goers, and allow their rangers to tear down and break your gear, without even having the decency to repay the damages. Don't waste your time or money here. Plenty of free camping is available, as well as other campgrounds with competent staff. Unless you enjoy having your paid for trips ruined in which case, this is your place!

When looking for a place to camp near Glacier, it was hard to find something. If you are going to the park, this is the ideal side to stay on in my opinion. Close to Many Glacier and close to St Mary's entrance. (We actually stayed on both sides.) I was nervous to camp here because of some reviews. I loved this place. No one bothered us. We were at the park most of the day and only at the campground in the evening. We stayed with a 30 ft travel trailer. At first, I thought we would only be able to get electric hookup and would need to fill with water and dump when we left ($10 dump fee). However, after checking in and driving to our site, I saw all of the RVs we came to were full hook-ups. I went back to the office to see if we could switch sites. We were initially at B17 (close to the lake, 30 amp, and water nearby to fill). However, she said B10 was available for 2 nights so we could stay there 2 of our 3 nights and then move. B10 was full hook-up with 50, 30, and 20 amp at the box. It was on the corner of the row so we weren't sandwiched in on both sides. We had a good amount of space to our site. The ladies who work in the office were very kind and helpful. When I went back to see where we could stay our 3rd night, B10 was now available so we didn't need to move! There is 1 shower house on the campground side because the other is under construction. I cannot speak to the cleanliness or quality of the shower house because we didn't use it. I did see workers at the shower house though a few different times so I imagine they were cleaning or taking care of any problems. Also, when we were setting up, the male workers drove around to see if we needed anything at our site (picnic table or fire ring). They also took our garbage bag when we were walking it to the dumpster. There is a black bear living in the wooded area of the campground. My dad saw it in the woods on the day-use side when walking in the evening, and it ran when it saw or heard him. Just don't leave food out and you should be fine with the bear. The one worker said the game commission was going to try to move it though. I would stay here again the next time I go to Glacier. They also have a little store with some food and camping things. Also, they have a laundry facility in the office. I did read this on another review so I asked: because it is an Indian Reservation, you need a recreational permit to do most things here such as, swimming, boating, hiking, biking. Be sure to look into that before engaging in any activity or touching the water in St Mary Lake at the campground. You will be fined if you cannot show your permit while engaging in these activities.

I really loved my stay here. The people were so nice, and the campground was really peaceful and beautiful. Set right on Lower Saint Mary Lake, my site had a beautiful sunset view of the sun going down past the mountains that head into Glacier National Park. It was nice to have a hot shower after several days back packing. It was even more nice contributing to the Blackfeet Tribe by staying on their reservation. Thank you so much for our stay and making it a great two nights for us.

Yes, there are full hook up sites with water, sewer, and electricity (30amp or 50amp).

This campground looks amazing! I’d love to stay here 1 or 2 nights at the end of August, will it be open/available? Thanks!

This is a great place to stay. We stayed here 1 week while visiting Glacier national park. Highly recommend it!

No answer multiple days, voicemail not accepting messages; undated website notice (reserve america) listed says no soft sided camping until further notice, but reservations for tent sites available? Confusing and frustrating

We camped there a couple of weeks ago, but they might have a bear problem that precludes tent camping now. A great place. Try calling again.
