I always find unique items for a fair price at this stores. The kind of accessories or outfits that make people turn their heads or ask you where did you get this. Staff if helpful and friendly. And they have a good range of sizes, from XS to XXXL in almost every item.

I had the worst experience at any Rainbows I've ever been to while in Miami. I love Rainbows but this was terrible. I'm in line and the two cashiers called two other ladies over from the shoes to check them out. Speaking in Spanish (just because I'm black doesn't mean I don't speak or understand Spanish.) Then I get up to check out. She's talking on the phone now. "No I can talk now it's okay" (still in Spanish) i'm holding my phone up with my 10% off code trying not to interrupt her phone conversation. Not paying attention she tells me the price and I say "But you didn't add the 10% off" She catches an attitude and pretty much snatches my phone from my hand. I guarantee I will never come to this Rainbow again, EVER. If it wasn't for us needing clothes to wear since we stayed in town 2 extra days I would not have bought anything. I spent over 100$ even with the discount and still had the worst customer service ever.
