These guys are the absolute best! They have helped me more times than one! Our neighborhood has a big stray problem and Kitty harbor has not only helped me spay but even taken in the kitties that needed help! I’d recommend them to anyone ❤️ Thank you guys!!

Recently an emaciated cat showed up at my door. I didn't know exactly what to do, but I knew I had to do something, and fast. I called several rescue organizations, and Kitty Harbor is the only place that even called me back. Not only did they help with advice, they drove to my location and took the kitty to receive medical care right away. As a result, the cat is resting safely in good hands at Kitty Harbor. These people truly care, and help these animals at great cost to them. Truly admirable, and I highly recommend not only contacting them if you ever find yourself in the same situation I was in, but to support them financially so they can continue to save animals in our community that desperately need our help. Great people who truly make a difference! Can't thank you enough Kitty Harbor!

had to have the cats put to sleep because they couldn't/wouldn't take them and none of the other shelters would take them either. These shelters have more cats than they know what to do with. None of them return phone calls. Fact is people don't want used cats. If they can't adopt out the cats they have they should say up front on their web-sites that they can't take anymore cats and not give false hope to people who have cats that they can no longer keep. All these places seem to be are institutions for unwanted cats. Lot of good! These good people should spend more of their time lobbying for laws that force vets to spay and neuter cats at no cost to owners than they do collecting them and institutionalizing them.

Great staff that somehow keeps a great environment going for a LOT of cats. When I adopted my boy I got a gift of a blanket and toys he still loves. If you guys read this review, 'Bob' from 'Becky' has a new name that he knows, he is very smart, loves belly rubs and playing fetch, and he adores my other cat who grooms him like a baby everyday, and they love to wrestle. I can't thank you enough.

Definitely give them a call, this way even if they do offer this you'd be giving them a heads up at least. But if you feel like you need help, please seek assistance. And don't forget your last best hope: learning how to deliver the litter as safely as possible on your own via the internet, but I must stress that if you have the option take them somewhere properly equipped. Protip: even if you feel you're "totally nailing this cat-birth thing" DO NOT attempt a home C-section on your cat. If this this was an option you were legitimately considering, PLEASE start with an easier pet that can't be damaged as easily, like a fake plant or a rock 😛
