I picked up a top hanging on the shelf only to have a sales associate, not even 2 minutes later, take it directly from my hands and proceeded to yell at me in another language. After she finally realized I didn't understand her, she told me something that sounded like I wasn't allowed to take the item because it was part of a set and it was missing a part. To have something displayed for sale and then yell at a customer for only thinking the obvious is terrible. Hard pass on this location. Treat your customers better

Manger, didn’t get her name is curt, and cranky. Hate to call a woman the B word but fitting here. She did not greet me, She did not say please or thank you, just walked away at the end of the transaction where she proceeded to harshly speak to an associate. Online shopping from here on out, even if I didn’t interact with here, I felt uncomfortable on behalf of the associates.

I went in for a return today with a bathing suit that fit too small on me, the gentleman that helped me picked the top and bottom like it was trash. Told me I was only allowed to return the bottoms and not the top because it had a small stain of deodorant that can be easily removed. It was only tried on once.... I understand returns but I’ve seen people bring in worse returns than a small stain.... don’t go to this location pga is much better.
