Worst Dunkin around. 50% of the menu is unavailable and awfully slow on weekends when it is under staffed with three 17yr old kids. Take the 7 min ride to the one in Marlboro.

Used to go to this Dunkin a few years ago & stopped because they could never get my order right. So several years later, let's try it again. Gotta have better people by now. NOPE. Still got my order wrong & that was after waiting at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes for one of the 5 people to come over & take my order. No other customers in the place either. Then when I told the lad that this wasn't what ordered, you might think I asked him to cut off his arm. Guess it'll be a bunch more years before going back again if at all.

The problem with Dunkin it's so busy and you as a worker need to work in an environment where it's quantity not quality..The girl doing my hash browns and wrap is so stressed that she doesn't have Time to even hand you the bag, just throws it on the counter n says your name. Then you get the wrap and it looks like a hot mess. Actually looked like someone took a bite out of it. Hard to have customer service. I get it but geez we don't want our bags thrown, we want a hello and have a nice day etc.. but how do you have time to do that when you have 15 people to do their food. Just sucks.
