Had high hopes going in to this location. Staff was nice and when I called about getting my 1 year olds hair trimmed I was told that would be no problem. I'm very frustrated that my request to leave the top of his hair longer and trim around his eats and the backs and sides and just trim the front so it's not in his eyes was not listened to. I understand he wouldn't sit completely still but I feel she rushed threw it and just chopped away at what ever she could get to before he moved again. I dont think I would be as mad or disappointed if she would have listened to me wanting the top and front of his hair kept long and not chopped just below the start of his hair line. Now i can't just leave his hair and go I've got to try and style it with gel or somthing to hide the uneven cut. I wouldn't bring any small children for a hair cut here I have no confidence it would turn out right.

My stylists name was Randi; it was my first appointment with her and she got it nailed it first time I just styled my hair for the first time after her appointment and it’s perfect she’s worth three times what I paid to have my haircut there I will go to her as long as she cuts hair.

I gave the stylist a photo of what I wanted and told her to keep it LONG. My back was turned bc I was watching my kid getting hers done. She spins me around and my hair doesn't even touch my shoulders!!!!!!! I freaking hate this place I have a wedding I have to go to soon this is absolutely a messed up place. I hate it!!!
