I bought my lectric bike for 1st time check-up/tune up, these guys were GREAT they treated me like I bought bike at their store. They did inspection, tightening & adjusting my bike. Now I will only go to this shop for bike tires, equipment, accessories & yes I bought biking socks. Super group of people, excellent service 5 star bike shop in my book. Thank you Big Wheel Cycles.

Pleasant experience. Had a broken derailleur and was quoted $50-80 to replace. Total including tax came to $90. When we dropped off the bike, we were handed a little piece of paper with the order number, but with no record of what we dropped off, work to be done, expected completion time, etc. I think if a bit more documentation was provided up front with that information, I would have felt a bit more comfortable. The repair took around the time they promised (3 days?) and they called when the job was done. The work done seemed solid and of good quality for the price paid, so no complaints. The derailleur installed was of the Sunrace brand. All-in-all, a pleasant experience. Will visit again if the opportunity arises.
