7/9/22 Another wonderful evening at Knolls. This place is awesome. We went tonight and Jose was our amazing server..simply the best. We also met Enrique his brother who makes some awesome drinks...outstanding. We started with drinks and my wife had the apple martini and I have a few casamigos with club soda and 4 limes..so good. We also ordered the macaroni and cheese appetizer which was quite tasty. We had the honor of doing shots with Eric as it was his 34th birthday and he was running and enjoying the evening. We both had the Salmon entree which was fantastic. This place is truly a hidden gem and the music is always a plus. Top notch service, food and ambiance..we just love it. Thanks so much for always being consistent and stellar in service, food and ambiance! We highly recommend this amazing lil restaurant. Previous visit: Another fantastic evening at Knolls. We were greeted by Luis and Eric and seated at a nice Hightop table near the band. We started with drinks. I had Don Julio Repasado with club soda and 3 likes and my wife had the apple martini with dry ice. Amazing drinks....really well made. I had a cup of the vegetable chicken soup which was spectacular. Luis was our server and was extraordinary in evert way. We both had the Orange sesame salmon which is clearly one of the best salmon dishes in South OC. After a few drinks we met Phoenix from the Rock and Phoenix band that truly die an amazing job at entertaining the crowd. Top notch and I surely recommend the band as a return act. As a fellow performer I can recognize talent and this band shook the house. Luis was amazing is all aspects of customer service and we truly recommend appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes out in every meal and the entire service experience. Stop in this hidden gem and check out their full menu, amazing staff and entertainment on Friday and the weekend. Great time! Back tonight 4/23/22 What a fantastic evening at Knolls with amazing food, drinks, service and a band that rocks. We started with drinks and the wife ordered an apple martini with dry ice and I had a tequilla soda with Don Julio Blanco and 2 limes. We had some bread and then ordered entrees. My wife had the Ahi Tuna dish and I had the orange salmon with mashed potatoes and spinach...so good. A few more drinks and some dancing while enjoying some great rock and roll. A super place, great food, service and drinks! The bands they book are fantastic and tonight's gang was a 10. Highly recommended! What a great find! My wife and I stopped in last evening to meet friends for a birthday celebration. We got there early and sat at the bar and listened to some great Steely Dan music and savored our well prepared drinks. After a few drinks the other two couples and birthday girl arrived so my wife and I moved to a dinner table. Great service, clean and pleasant environment and killer ambiance. The lobster bisque soup and bread were amazing as were our entrees. I had the shirt rib entree with mashed potatoes and asparagus and my wife had a grilled chicken salad. Superb. This was our first time here and we were sold. Definitely will be returning. They have bar, indoor and outdoor seating and the staff are all courteous, friendly and pleasant. Friday and Saturday each week they have music which was great. Small dance floor but hey it's all good Highly recommended

So much fun and amazing food! Not an easy task with such an extensive menu but not at Knoll’s. Had a great time on a Tuesday with live music, great food and excellent service.

Had the pear salad and. Rib pasta. Was delicious! Loved the comedy night they had w. Jeff zarat!! They were all pretty funny! Laughed so hard!

The food, staff, atmosphere is awesome. Great service, good music, I would go again. I had the chicken with mushroom sauce and pilaf rice.
