They had a chair on back order for 10 months (charging us the full amount for it). When it didn’t work out for us they charged us a “$75 restocking fee” even though we literally carried it into their store and watch them place it on display. If you’re looking for a store that will hold your money captive for months and then charge you if you change you mind after only a handful of days definitely check them out!

Heather has been a joy to work with as she has guided us through every design decision in our home build. We have every confidence in her as a designer. She has noticed things that we had never considered and has tactfully guided us towards the best decisions. Heather helped make the challenges of custom home construction much less stressful. The store is also filled with interesting interior design ideas to help stimulate anyone's creativity.

I went in today looking for a couple little pieces to complete my family room bookshelves. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly! They have a cute little play area for my girls to play in, which was so great to keep my girls distracted. They have so many great options to choose from and great quality!

Beautiful home decor! My husband and I stopped by the pop-up shop in Fashion Place Mall to buy a few decorative items for our home. The prices were decent for the quality of products, and the decor was beautiful and hard to choose from! In the end, we are very happy with our purchase! Thank you, Osmond Design!
