Ordered a cooked lobster bag and it was not cooked by pickup time. The gentleman who assisted me managed to get it cooked as fast as possible and voided the cost for the inconvenience. Well addressed for the issue and I wasn't expecting to get a free meal but it happened. Super nice people.

We pre ordered shrimp and scallops for New Years, delicious!! The retail store was incredibly busy New Years Eve morning while picking up my order but the customer service was superb! We ended up leaving with some fresh lobster Mac and Cheese per the recommendation of a team member that was helping us, and I can't say that we were disappointed! We will be back =)
