I brought my 2021 Springdale for air conditioner issue. They took care of the AC problem and did a wheel bearing service and we had it back in about 10 days. Being in sales myself, I appreciated the entire experience and approach that Dave R. and his Sales Manager Jason delivered. Unfortunately, due to my ridiculous time constraints, I was unable to purchase the RV I wanted from these guys (even though they offered to expedite it to me in a mere 2 weeks). Dave was great in finding our needs and showing us some of the RVs we had saw on their website as well as introducing us to a few that he may have thought fit our criteria. Jason, the sales manager, took time when Dave was out during our second visit, to hand walk me through the process and assure me that every one of my concerns would either not be one, or would be alleviated at some point during the process. These two guys as well as the entire staff treated me, my wife, and our Golden Retriever- Artie, like family. We could not have been more comfortable with everyone there. We feel almost distraught that, due to our crazy circumstance, we could not purchase through them. But we plan to service our rig with them, send all and any friends/family who are interested in purchasing an RV to them and recommend Hemlock Hill to anyone reading this. Happy Camping!

Our dealership is open with regular business hours and staff. We are vigorously employing all recommended State, Federal and CDC Guidelines in regards to Covid-19 safety precautions. Staff members are wearing masks, routinely sanitizing the building and all touchpoints, wiping down their workstations multiple times per day, washing hands, social distancing and using hand sanitizer. In addition, we provide private/”distance” appointments, an outdoor RV lot, online shopping, live chat and/or texting.

Usually camper a/c have to be connected to 220 as far as the heater you should have to turn the thermostat up and it should go on in a few minutes, call them to make sure this is correct and there should be a fuse box usually near the floor somewhere, the heater runs on propane that has to be on.
