NEVER NEVER NEVER do any business with this company!!! Our company ordered a set of IPE exhaust from them, we waited for more than two weeks and we do not even have a tracking number! My customer are waiting for the new exhaust and all they told me is they are also waiting for the tracking! Finally one day, one of their sales Johnathan told me the carback is already in the US and can ship to me in two days, the down pipe is two weeks away. I said fine, get me the catback first and we will cancel the order of the downpipe. But where is my catback?! I called and called and called Johnathan is always away from his desk, their manager told me she will call me back with Johnathan on the phone in half hour, I waited for the whole afternoon and nothing...... Up to this moment, we still don't have any information about where is our exhaust or when it will arrive!!!!! Never!!! Never!!!Never do any business with wheels boutique!!! Never!!! And Vivid have much better B to B business experience!
