I’ve tried to call the Ashtabula Pizza Hut for the past 3 1/2 hours and it rings to a call center where foreigners ask you for your information and Never connection to a manager. It circles back around to the call center of scammers. How in the hell does that happen.smh. Police was contacted.

Tried calling to place an order and some foreign person answered who didn't know English very well, couldn't understand what she was saying back to me when I tried to place my order so I asked for an English speaking manager and she hung up on me. Decided to give it another go and call them back and the manager picked up and I told her that I would like to place my order with her or someone else who is more fluent in English since the last person I talked to tried to take my order wasn't speaking proper English and then she hung up on me as well. The staff here are toxic and have no regards for their customers.

Yes, they lock the door at 9:00pm to the dining room. You can still order you just can’t sit down. I stopped here with my whole family and couldn’t get in, it was 9:00 on the dot. Hours were not posted, that we could see. There were workers walking in from their delivery cars, and we try to ask them if they were open, but no response. We found out about their hours after knocking on the pull through window. Kids were so upset, luckily Geneva’s Pizza Hut’s dining room is still open, and we are now on our way there.
