The customer given by the lady at the counter, Marie, is terrible, and she refuses to answer the phone when it's ringing right in her face. I called before arriving so that I would know how long the wait for an oil change was, and no one answered the phone. I let the phone ring as I was on my way over there to see how long it would take before someone picked the phone up before I got there. But I got there and the phone was still ringing. Marie was too busy talking on her Bluetooth device while letting the phone ring.

Walmart provides competent and reliable service at a very competitive price. The tire quality and professional service is the most affordable in town. The issue is understaffing and wait time is unsatisfactory. 3 hours for the installation of two tires is too lengthy. Perhaps, booking an appointment ahead of time is preferable.

I visited to have an oil change and to have tires that I purchased on Walmart's website mounted. My work was performed within a reasonable amount of time (over 1 hour), However the problem came when I arrived super early so that I can get in and out. There was about a 30 minute delay in opening the tire center. I was informed that the manager was the only one with keys to open so in total I waited over 2 hours.
