Great great great! I love it there, the sales associates are very nice, in case you are confused with a product they help you and their rewards system points is better than sephora actually, for me, that is enough to switch from sephora to ulta!

They have a great verity of products, and some of the staff were great except for this one girl with cat ears. She was a bit rude when I asked for help with looking for the colorpop section

I’ve had my appointments cancelled by the stylist Jason on two occasions, I don’t live near the salon and it’s always a waste of my time and money to make these appointments when he favors others who did not make an appointment show up. Very bad use of time management. I had to find another salon as Ulta proves to be unreliable and irresponsible, without any respect to a clients time and appointment. They didn’t even apologize and the stylist did not even bother to come in the phone to excuse or explain. Bad service. Now that I see other reviews, I notice they seem to do this a lot, as another reviewer stated they mismanage their appointments and are not apologetic about it.

i think this store is trash, online they said that they had juice beauty mascara, but the second i walked in i was informed that they only that face cleaning products ?? what’s that all about, i feel betrayed, bothered, and definitely insulted

Keep in mind that what is online isn't necessarily what's in the store. Its true for every retailer. Some even carry items that are popular to the nationalities that populate the area more to cater to those consumers & those items cant be found elsewhere. Its not a reason to be insulted, really. Try not to take it personally! My recommendation would be to create an online profile that uses your location services. Often times websites will specifically tell you if an item is available at a location nearest to you, or recommend online resources where you can order it & have it shipped directly to you. Hope that suggestion helps.
