Reading some of the reviews and yes I can see some opportunity on the customer service side ... This business seems to be family-owned and probably the owners are too old to care for the business and have there son helping out ... This location needs some updates and maintenance too. Women come to buy here and the merchandise isn't for free so TOP tier customer service is needed and for sure more people will come to buy. All & all The faja I bought was great!! I will be back because I loved the faja.

Customer service really bad, when I asked her for help she told me to wait and I waited ten minutes. On top of that she had a really nasty attitude. To specify it was the skinny girl with black hair.

Great customer service! Ive been there twice after my surgeries and I would go back again, the gentleman is very helpful, measured me both time and helps me to get the right one. Material is great! I’ve ordered others from online and nothing is the same as those. I buy the small and tight and they mold my body great. Do recommend it specially after surgery.
