Went to purchase this, clearly priced at 44.95, when at the cashier they asked $299. Apparently here prices are a suggestion. They say the advertising was for something else. This after i asked 2 employees told me it was for the waterfall and said to go to costumer service so they could price match. After an hour of waiting the manager said that was for the demo but that she couldn’t sell it to me. That that must of been the price if she would of sell the demo but she couldn’t do that. Seriously? no respect for costumers time and how can i shop in a place where prices aren’t honored. And why did i was punished by wasting time because their employees could placed the right prices? I could of been at home working instead of waiting for an hour just so i would be lied to about the price being for a demo unit that they cant sell, instead of honoring the price they decided they wanted to charge for a fountain.

Great store with very good selection of tools and other hardware and housing items. Recently it seems that they don't have enough staff working. I don't know what it could be, but they could be doing better. I spent nearly $5,000 on doors and installation and I'm still waiting to get a call back from the installer.

We purchased closet doors at Lowe's in Oakland Park, FL, February 2022. We made arrangements for the shipment of the doors as well as installation. On March 29, 2022, the doors were delivered. Unfortunately, 2 of the doors were not what we ordered. The delivery agents advised there was nothing they could do so we had to contact Lowe's. The incorrect doors were picked up and the correct ones had to be re-ordered from the manufacturer. We had made numerous of calls to get this corrected and it took a great deal of time for the new doors to be delivered to the store. After receiving this confirmation, their order center called and said that the wrong doors were delivered once again. Highly upset and after several calls and attempting to get assistance, the Lowe's manager checked the doors delivered to their store and advised that they were the right ones. After many calls, waiting on hold with the store, our doors were finally installed the second week of May, three months later! Following the installation, we made several attempts to speak with an agent at Lowe's in Oakland Park. Eventually, we were able to speak with Rosa regarding our experience. Rosa promised to call us in a couple days with a resolution to our concerns. TWO WEEKS later, no call. Additionally, we have called the Lowes in Oakland Park only to be put on hold or received terrible customer service. We have left multiple messages for Rosa, or simply disconnected or transferred to a line that rings without being picked up. We have not had any resolution to the overall horrendous service we have received for our expensive purchase. After a three month wait, with valid concerns regarding this matter, there has been no attempt to rectify this situation. We do not recommend Lowe’s for major purchases and or installations. While the installers were great, the company itself has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Thank you Lowes for selling me something that you were taken on and refusing to return it. This proves that I will never spend my money at Lowes ever again. Make sure you open any tools you buy before walking out of the store or you will get taken too.

Call and personality speak with store mgr so they can have your name embedded in there head yes fill out app online but keep calling mgr and he will get u in quicker because you are determined to work..good luck

Guide dogs are allowed, for others small, well behaved dogs I have seen in carts; I suggest you should call to make sure.

They sell trees of various fruits, but citrus fruits, in themselves, do not sell them.

They do, but this is the Google Maps Q&A Forum. You'd have to call the store directly and ask them for a question like that.
They do, but through their online store/contractor network. You should check their website first to see what they offer, then follow up with a call to their online store desk if you have questions. I recommend this route as the store assistant may not be knowledgeable about specific product lines they carry, and it's most likely what you want will be a special order too.
