This has been the most easiest and nicest building office in South Florida. As a permit coordinator I have visited many building offices in Dade and Broward and Mr. Gregory the operation manager was very helpful. He guided me step by step making my permit process very pleasant and answer all my emails. The other staff were very nice and friendly as well. I hope to continue to pull permits here. Thank you guys!!!!!

Updating 6 days later.drop of documents and still waiting permit number to vhk status...u better because they will call u 2 and 3 years later to repeat a process that been closed.....keep up with it......employees are not always the responsible parties....ok i deal with oops in Florida alot...purchase the loss insurance on all documents in case. they open ? Do you hear the phone still ringing of the hook from 9am now 4 pm. Once responded I'll put the correct stars to be fair leave it at 5. I have to pay a runner to go and stand in line to ask a question...

Although it took ¡FOREVER!...when all was said & done, multiple members of the staff helped me get Everything I needed to get the car, Fully-legalized, taken care of, while I was there. HOWEVER, I was Not prepared for the price-tag, (I think it came to, $741) Quick Tip for Out-of-State Transfers: When transferring a plate OR selling a car, (title transfer) from 1 state to another...Be prepared to spend a long time getting through the whole process...& you'll need A WHOLE LOT of Paperwork! So...Good Luck! 🤗

Oakland Park it's not a bad place to live but you can't do a thing without getting approval from the City; well I lied you can paint your house in and out, you can replace your floors and plant small bushes. That's all. The rest implies Money and lots of it from the city. What kind of thing is that?
