INTEGRITY AND RESPONSIVENESS! I found a hard to get lens on the Reef Photo website. I ordered it and paid for it. I called their number to check to see if it would arrive in time for a trip coming up soon. They didn’t answer, but called me back within minutes. The store representative explained that they couldn’t assure that I’d get this lens in time. He immediately agreed to refund the money, and did within minutes. I’m impressed by the responsiveness and honesty of this store and its owner. I’ll be doing business with them.

I had a strobe crisis… my Sea$Sea YS-D3 flooded today 🤦🏼‍♂️ and I was freaking out because I’m in a remote location and wouldn’t be able to get a replacement cap for quite some time. I gave Reef Photo & Video a call and talk to a very nice and know employee. Who answered all my questions and gave my some sound advice on the proper steps and maintenance. Long story short my strobe works again!!! I wish I would have asked for the employees names so I could leave it in this review but unfortunately in the heat of the moment and never did… Anyway thank you so much I’m very grateful for Reef Photo & Video and the employee! 🙏

I discovered the Saturday before a Tuesday afternoon departure to Indonesia that one of the handles on my Nauticam housing was cracked and needed replaced. After scrambling and contacting several vendors, I called Reef Photo & Video and talked to Kevin, who said that they could FedEx the new handles overnight on Monday morning for a specified Tuesday morning delivery. While I held my breath, the package was delivered Tuesday morning as promised. A great relief and I couldn't have been happier with the level of service.

Absolutely awesome company. I purchased my underwater camera elsewhere, as I wasn't aware of them earlier. I was having an issue with my camera housing, and they were so helpful. They helped me troubleshoot it and gave me advice. I offered some sort of payment and they declined. Truly a gem of a company!
