The treatment they give customers is absolutely insulting. I was a faithful customer for 6 months at this store, buying cigarettes for our mom and pop store. Occasionally, I even practiced Chinese with one of the employees. The other day, I came to them with a question. I wanted to know who manufactured a mysteriously unlabeled brand of cigarettes that they sell. After they passed me around for forty minutes from one employee to another, I realized nobody knew or cared. I asked to talk to the manager, Julie. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. First off, she didn't have the answer to my question. I asked, "who sells you these cigarettes?" and she said "I'm not going to tell you that". She then said the person who buys the cigarettes for the store was not there at the moment. So, I asked her when they would be there. She said "I don't know why you're still asking, either way, you're not going to get what you want". When I finally said that I think I have the right to know what I'm selling at our store, she said "look, it doesn't make a difference to me. The product is there, if you want to buy it, buy it. If you don't, I don't care." The worst part is this is clearly a family run business, so sad to see one rotten egg spoil the nest!
