The female cashier today needs to go home! She obviously forgot her position of attending customers. Terrible customer service skills and very rough around the edges. I said Hello and did not receive a response! Total wine is looking better and better!

Good prices, selection & customer service. Easier to see & find what you're looking for without stacks of products towering over your head than the cavernousTotal Wine. Aisles & signage more eye level making scanning store for area your spirits are in much easier. Not as much inventory but who needs 100+ brands of vodka to begin with? Friendlier atmosphere making browsing & asking questions easier. I got a good education on bourbons looking for one for a friend.
