Very obvious that Enrique is a problem store manager. I went in for a LV bag that has had nothing but problems. Silvia, the client advisor, was very kind; however, once Enrique presented himself - he acted very rudely. When he went back to talk to his operations manager - I was told to send my bag in for an approx 6 month wait "fix" even though I have been told multiple times that there is no fix. Terrible severe here and obviously Enrique is a huge problem at the store. Go to Merrick, they were wonderful.

Descent sized LV in Dadeland Mall where you don’t have to make an appointment weeks in advance to make a purchase. Staff is welcoming and professional.
