Great for everything except quality paper fingerprints. I paid to have them done at this location a month ago as I needed two sets for the background checks required for out of state professional licenses. I questioned the quality of the prints the day I completed them but was told they were "fine". I was more worried because the person signed my card with a blue pen despite the instructions indicating all parts be completed in black ink only. Now, a month later (it takes +30- 45 day for processing) I've received communication from one of the licensing boards that the FBI rejected the prints submitted due to the "quality" and I'll have to resubmit them. (And pay the $10 to get them mailed again) Thankfully one of the staff was willing to work me in on a non-designated day to correct their error but I wasn't able to get in on that day. Played a short game of phone tag and today missed the return call to my 9a call re: the urgently needed correction - I was able to physical present myself at 1554 and the lovely receptionist called my phone tag friend to the front. Only to be told that it was a call to schedule them as they would be leaving in 5 mins and they would not be obtained today. Offered various times next week to do them and reassured me it would only take 10 minutes to complete them. <Read - Polite unwillingness to stay over 5 extra minutes to correct the issue that never should have occurred.> *insert mind blown emoji* 5 Stars to Protect and Serve 3 Stars for ability to take quality fingerprints the first time.

My father passed away 2 years ago. The sheriffs department took possession of a pistol he had after he passed. When I returned to the county the Sgt over evidence went out of his way to help me get it back. And it was in my name. A big thank you!

These guys came and got a huge snake out of ceiling last night. It was so big it was causing our tiles to cave in, and because it was the middle of the night there was no one else to call. They stayed over an hour chasing this thing, I would say they went way beyond their job!
