The ladies at McKeesport Messenger service is always very nice. I go in there to fill out my 2290 and Annie is always patient and kind! She also knows her stuff!

Just rude. I mean, being customer service in Mckeesport will do that, after years of it, but both ladies there, over the years I've been going their have at BEST been curt, and worst been obnoxious. I'll drive out to South Hills or Monroeville from now on...

Once I had to get my tags. Done in 2 mins. Second the state was sweating me over bs insurance laps which geico backed me up still not good enough turned to Nikki and filled out a form sent it off and Annie I believe watched it for me and called to say they called the state dogs off of me. In less then a full day. I have never had better service or treated better and faster. Maybe businesses should all take a lead from this place. I have no idea why they don't run more pa business if it costs a few dollars more so be it. I will never go anywhere else. Kudos lady's. Aron

You cannot. You can get your camera card here on the spot, but you will have to go to a photo center for the picture.

There are many variables when it comes to the fees for a title transfer... like is there a purchase price? Is it a car, truck, motorcycle, trailer, boat, atv... do you need a plate or have a plate to transfer? Is it a PA title? Or coming in from another state? Unfortunately that’s not something we can do in this office, first timers or people returning to PA after living out of state, need to go to one of the driver’s license centers.
Ed Boden, the seller would have to apply for a duplicate title first, once he's got that title in his hands then he can sell it to you and do the title transfer. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again. Thank you.
