Dropped lawnmower off got a call that shaft was bent, my nephew accidentally put a bent blade on it since i was sharpening the one i had on it, so they thought i hit something with it, so two days later took it to my buddy who fixes cars he tightened up the carb it was sucking air, so these guys kept my 40 dollars for a so called diagnostic and said my shaft was bent and i never hit a thing with it lol it is what it is

hello. our terms of service (T.O.S.) are as follows: 1. we work by appointment only, you must call us first prior to bringing your machines to us, we then provide a date and time when you can drop off or have us pick up your machine your machine, second term is we have a non-negotiable mandatory upfront deposit/estimate fee for any machine that is dropped off, fee is cash, check, money order, paypal (additional 7% fee for paypal) for $40.00, this is for us to exam your machine top to bottom, provide you with a estimate for service and repairs needed, and this 40.00 will be applied to the repairs/service if you agree to the final written or verbal estimate. we provide all completed repairs/service a warranty and a written receipt. all clients who have service done by us are given a hard copy for their records this copy has their name, date, machine type, and work that was performed on their machine, plus it also has our warranty policy as well.
