This was my first time visiting the Showroom. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. My rep was professional and well dressed. She listened to what I was looking for and immediately showed me several items that fit not only my needs but my budget as well. The showroom was clean and they have a pretty large selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for new/quality furniture at a great price.

I am speachless with the lack customer service and professionalism that this store manager have, Yaneth Rodriguez the store Manager for the palmetto store. rude and disrespectful is not enough to discribe the experience with this 5000 dollar purchase. they illigaly falsify my signature saying that i received the items in good conditions and left rapidly after delivering them. I went to the store to speak to the most rude Manager with 0 customer service experience and disrespectful, Yaneth Rodriguez. to this point she didnt give any solution, just said that she doesnt care that i have to keep the furniture as is and fix it my self. No words can describe what a horrible experience I have had with the store.'m surprised this store is still in business, and that yaneth Rodriguez still has a job.

This review is directed to the atore manager! Worst of the worst! Doesn’t help and doesn’t know how to handle a situation. Not a good manager. Her name is Yaneth Rodriguez- Rana furniture should fire her for her bad costumer service. If i can give her 0 stars i would.
