Dapper goose is by far my favorite restaurant not just for the food but for the owners and staff. Tim is def the best bartender and makes my fav off menu drink and Keith and Peggy are amazing and care about quality and customer service as they work in the space constantly. The vibe is perfect coming from living in Los Angeles, Boston and Phoenix. I love that it’s a bit undercover and low key and not flashy outside. Great for date night or night with friends! Can’t wait for next time!

Our experience here was incredible, the food was out of this world and the service was nothing less than perfect. Keith and Clarissa was incredible, wish I had the name of the others that were working tonight as they were a part of the experience. Definitely a hidden gem!

Absolutely, positively, top tier restaurant! Have been here for dinners, and think this place is the bees knees. Especially Tim being the bar! He was whipping paper airplanes, like a bored 7th grader in Biology class! Keith and Penny are perfect hosts, and have really brought this place to a top tier level. Recently went to a wedding dinner hosted here, and was blown away. Never thought I'd say my favorite appetizer was green beans, but the Dapper Goose crushed it! You all made it so special, and we're all so thankful for your hard work and careful planning. Just go here. Don't think about it, it's going to be worth it!

So happy we got a glimpse of some of the exquisite cooking going on in Buffalo! Feta & pickled grape were deft additions to keep the summer squash interesting without being distracting, and the ricotta toast with stonefruit was a beautiful way to start the meal. The fresh handmade fettuccine with crab & corn was the highlight for me but it was a very close race with the blackened green beans. Loved, loved, *loved* the burnt onion aioli and pepitas combo to what seemed to be conceptually a Sichuanese dish. The "new American cuisine" label gets thrown around almost meaninglessly sometimes but this is place is one of the best examples of all the things it can be!
