I would avoid salon services if possible. Normally I have great experiences and the “experience” this time was also great but the cut not so much. Let me say that the girl who cut my hair was so sweet and personable but everything I asked not to be done with my hair was done. My app was at 10:15 and it was 1:30 and i was still there. I didn’t get color or anything and it took that long. I asked for no layers, my hair is filled with layers now. I asked for 2-3 inches cut off and I’d say more like 5-6 are cut. I asked the stylist to curl my hair and she did some strange “curls” with clips instead of just using a hot took and my hair was all crimped at the top when i left. I was so stunned i didn’t even know what to say when I left. I am so self conscious now about my hair and looks like it’s gonna be up in a bun for a long time.

Please go see Sarah M. At the Ulta on Niagara Falls boulevard. She is so talented. She takes my short hair and turns it into a masterpiece every time. She is so talented with color and cuts… and the styling is out of this world!!!!!

Went there today looking for Lancome's shade correctors. It wasn't in stock so a female employee brought me over to another employee who she thought could help. He wanted to put makeup on my face and I told him I wasn't comfortable with that because everyone uses the concealers with the swabs on their skin. I told him he could put it on my wrist. He was frustrated but complied then asked if I used eye creams, because otherwise the Nars concealer would look splotchy. I had told him no, and he began to berate me for not creating an even base to let this expensive product shine. I tried asking him about the undertones but he started in about how it wouldn't matter anyways because I don't wear eye cream. He then muttered "I can't even help her because she won't let me put it on correctly anyways." I had a product in my hand that I had picked up before I even spoke with him, I decided to put it back and leave. That was the most horrible, uncomfortable situation I've ever been put in. I don't want to go back because of it.
