Neat rest stop, definitely worth exploring. It's got a few fast food restaurants and a gift shop inside. It seems to think it's an airport.

I used to love this rest area because of the great restaurants and the piano. But now with a little dog it’s not fun. It’s a bit of a walk to the bathrooms and restaurants. There’s an information center between the bathrooms. I did not see any gender neutral or family bathrooms but I was in a hurry to get back to my little dog on the other side of the walkway. The bathrooms are clean. They have both hot air hand dryers and paper towels. They have automatic flush and many hooks for hanging bags and jackets in the stall. The toilet paper was good and well stocked. There are also vending machines. The gas station is easy to access. No hand sanitizer available. One of the paper towel holders had towels in it.

Nice travel plaza for a good stop during a road trip - clean place!

This is the STANDARD for travel plazas, as it features a pedestrian overpass connecting both sides of the interstate. The food court is spacious with several franchises featured. The bathrooms are clean and sizable. There are vending machines and retail stores selling refreshments, foodstuffs and knickknacks. Outside the travel plaza is a plaque about Western New York's history. There are water fountains of varying sizes for adults and young children. Parking is plentiful and uncomplicated.

It's on both sides. There is a walking bridge from one side of the building to the other with many vendors inside. Gas station on each side as well.
Since this is on a major interstate, I would think this would be understood as bicycles are prohibited on the thruway. Try getting an E-Z Pass for that. If you were bringing your bike in from a vehicle you had outside, my question would just be, Why? Makes no sense.
Yes
