The plaza dose not have a no bikes allowed sign posted, yet I was refused service even after waiting 2 and a half hours just for having one with me. I'm requsting an official sign stating what I may bring in the building? I need my rules in print.

Since this is on a major interstate, I would think this would be understood as bicycles are prohibited on the thruway. Try getting an E-Z Pass for that. If you were bringing your bike in from a vehicle you had outside, my question would just be, Why? Makes no sense.

It's on the interstate and intended for cars, trucks, etc. Don't be a tool.
