My husband and I shop here often. We love the New Balance products. We shop at the Sawgrass store. The service there is top notch. Every employee we have encountered has been extremely helpful, informative and professional. I definitely recommend this company and this store.

I specifically came to this store because of the great reviews. Sorry to say people LIE. I just spent an hour maybe more looking for walking/running shoes. I couldn't find the ones I wanted but tried others and put them all back in place. There was a guy doing what seemed to be inventory. Another lady walking around doing NOTHING! The only person who acknowledged me was the cashier when I walked in. Not ONE PERSON approached me to ask if I needed help was a I was looking for something nothing. I was planning on getting a couple of pairs but the can't be bothered so the website might get my business. NEVWR AGAIN!
